IMPORTANT NOTICES
- Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel before the expiration of your
lease, the 30,000-yen Deposit will NOT be refunded. You will also have to
pay a cancellation fine equal to 2 months rent.
- If you lose your key
and you're living in either the Nihonbashi, Higashi-Nihonbashi or Koiwa Buildings
(Not the A1or S1 buildings), your 30,000 yen Deposit will NOT be refunded
as we will need to change the locks. If you live in theA1 or S1 buildings
in Nihonbashi, you may receive a new card key at a charge of 1050 yen. Permitting
paying guests to enter and/or stay in the building will result in fines and
eviction.
- When you move in and register the room to only one person, you may NOT have
another person staying with you. If you wish to share the room, you MUST notify
us beforehand. In the Nihonbashi, Higashi-Nihonbashi or Koiwa Buildings there
is an additional 9,000-yen utility charge/month per additional person staying
in the room.
- Please show proper respect and courtesy to your fellow tenants. This includes
keeping noise levels at a minimum and utilizing common spaces within a normal
timeframe. Complaints of excessive noise and/or other disrespectful behavior
may result in fines of up to 25,000 yen and possible eviction.
- Parking of motorized vehicles outside, near or around the building is not
allowed unless you've been appointed a space. Please utilize appointed parking
spaces in the neighborhood.
- Painting or removing or installing any fixed furniture or fittings is not
permitted. Please contact Management if you wish to alter the rooms or common
space in any way.
- Please lock all doors when entering and exiting the rooms and the building.
Management will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen property.
- Please separate all litter into burnable, non-burnable
and others and place such litter in the designated area located near the building
on the appropriate days. Reports of such violations will result in fines.
- Smoking is NOT permitted in any part of the building, including all rooms
and common spaces such as toilets, shower rooms, kitchen, hallways and staircase.
Violation of this regulation will result in fines of up to 50,000 yen and
possible eviction.
- Excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages and any usage of illegal narcotics
are strictly forbidden in the building and within its premises. Violation
of these regulations will result in fines of up to 80,000 yen and possible
persecution.
- Illegal activity will result in immediate eviction and persecution!
